Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: 7 September 2026

These rules protect learners, content authors, payment systems and the reliability of MedMinds.

1. Allowed use

You may use MedMinds for personal study, teaching preparation where permitted, revision and legitimate educational collaboration consistent with your plan.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not share paid credentials, scrape or bulk-download protected content, bypass paywalls or usage limits, upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, interfere with other users, impersonate others, abuse payment systems or use the service for unlawful activity.

3. Academic integrity

Do not use MedMinds to obtain unauthorised answers during a live examination, submit generated work where that violates your institution’s rules, or facilitate cheating. Simulation and practice features are intended for preparation, not circumvention of assessment rules.

4. Uploaded content

Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not submit confidential patient information, copyrighted material without permission, or content that violates another person’s rights.

5. Enforcement

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, payment integrity, intellectual property, security or legal obligations. Serious abuse may be investigated and preserved in security records.

This document is intended to describe MedMinds’ current product practices. Applicable mandatory law and consumer rights continue to apply even if a provision here is more limited.
