Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: 7 September 2026

This policy explains automatic renewal, cancellation, refund and payment-dispute handling for digital MedMinds services.

1. Before purchasing

Please review the plan, included products, currency, recurring price and billing interval before paying. Digital access may begin immediately after verified settlement.

2. Automatic renewal

New SamPay memberships are one-time purchases for the selected access period and do not renew automatically. Existing legacy recurring subscriptions with a previous provider may continue renewing until cancelled through that provider.

3. Cancelling a subscription

There is no automatic renewal to cancel for SamPay purchases. Contact admin@medmindslc.online for assistance with refunds or access problems; a refund is not automatic.

4. Refund requests

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, paid twice, did not receive the purchased access, or experienced another material payment problem, contact us promptly at admin@medmindslc.online with the account email and payment reference. We will investigate the provider record and your entitlement history.

5. Digital-content use

Where the law permits, extensive use or consumption of immediately delivered digital content may affect refund eligibility. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not waived by this policy.

6. Provider refunds and disputes

Refunds may be processed through the original payment provider. A full refund or confirmed payment dispute may revoke only the entitlement created by that transaction. Independent active subscriptions or administrator-granted access should remain intact.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds can take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider, bank, card network or mobile-money operator. MedMinds cannot control settlement time after a refund has been released by the provider.

This document is intended to describe MedMinds’ current product practices. Applicable mandatory law and consumer rights continue to apply even if a provision here is more limited.
