Terms of Service

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your account secure and use the service only for lawful personal educational purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorised access.

MedMinds provides exam preparation and educational content. It is not a clinical decision-support system, emergency service, medical consultation, regulator, university or examining body. Content does not replace local guidelines, supervision, professional judgement or the official requirements of any examination authority.

Access begins or extends only after a payment or grant is verified by MedMinds. Plans may include different combinations of QBank, Theory, OSCE, Interactive Notes, Weak-Spot Rx and other services. Exact inclusions, duration and price shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Separate active entitlements may coexist and are not intentionally shortened by a later purchase.

Zambia payments may be processed through Sampay and international payments through Whop or another disclosed provider. Payment-provider terms may also apply. A pending or failed transaction does not create paid access. Chargebacks, disputes, reversals or full refunds may result in revocation of the access created by that payment.

MedMinds software, original questions, explanations, notes, interfaces, branding and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may not scrape, bulk-copy, resell, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer or use content to train another commercial system without written permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences.

Subscriptions are for the registered user unless a plan expressly allows otherwise. Automated extraction, credential sharing, bypassing usage controls, attacking the service or using MedMinds to facilitate cheating or unlawful conduct is prohibited.

We may update content, features, pricing for future purchases, supported payment methods or technical requirements. We aim to preserve already-paid access materially as purchased, but temporary outages, maintenance or changes needed for safety, law, platform integrity or third-party availability can occur.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MedMinds is not responsible for examination results, clinical outcomes, indirect losses or decisions made solely from educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
