Terms of Service

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your account secure and use the service only for lawful personal educational purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorised access.

MedMinds provides exam preparation and educational content. It is not a clinical decision-support system, emergency service, medical consultation, regulator, university or examining body. Content does not replace local guidelines, supervision, professional judgement or the official requirements of any examination authority.

Access begins or extends only after a payment or grant is verified by MedMinds. Plans may include QBank, Theory, OSCE, Interactive Notes and other services. The price and access period shown before payment form part of your purchase. SamPay memberships are one-time purchases without automatic renewal.

SamPay memberships do not renew automatically; you can let access expire without another payment. Already paid access normally continues until expiry unless reversed under these terms.

SamPay processes local mobile-money and Visa card payments and international Visa card payments in ZMW. Payments may incur disclosed processing charges and your bank may charge currency-conversion fees. A pending or failed transaction does not create paid access. Confirmed refunds, chargebacks or reversals may revoke the entitlement created by the affected transaction.

MedMinds software, original questions, explanations, notes, interfaces, branding and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may not scrape, bulk-copy, resell, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer or use content to train another commercial system without written permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences.

Subscriptions are for the registered user unless a plan expressly allows otherwise. Automated extraction, credential sharing, bypassing usage controls, attacking the service or using MedMinds to facilitate cheating or unlawful conduct is prohibited.

We may update content, features, pricing for future purchases or renewals, supported payment methods or technical requirements. Where required, material renewal-price changes will be disclosed before they take effect. We aim to preserve already-paid access materially as purchased, but temporary outages, maintenance or changes needed for safety, law, platform integrity or third-party availability can occur.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MedMinds is not responsible for examination results, clinical outcomes, indirect losses or decisions made solely from educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
